Level Descriptions
 
Trying to decide which level to take? Read below for descriptions of each class level.
 
Level 1
The level one class is designed for beginning belly dancers. Student new to belly dance & students looking to perfect fundamental movements should attend this class. A few topics include basic hip movments, arm movements, chest movements, shimmies, undulations, and more.
 
Level 2
The level two class is built for intermediate dancers who have mastered the basic movements. One year of dance experience is suggested for this class. Continuous individual evalutions & small group exercises are emphasized in this class. Some topics include layering, traveling, improvisation, basic middle eastern music rhythms, and more.
 
Advanced Level
The advanced class is recommended to students who have two or more years of dance experience. This class focuses on the individual and building her dance knowledge. Topics include stage work, floor work, middle eastern music rhythms, balancing, and more.
